Ingredients
- 3 Cups cooked squash (drained)
- 1 med onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 stick margarine (melted)
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Mix squash, onion, salt, pepper and mushroom soup
- Place in casserole dish
- Add grated cheese
- Top with bread crumbs and melted butter
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
